Revenue Sharing Arrangements
We will work in various scenarios with our clients and the providers and/or the developer to construct a program where we would institute a revenue sharing arrangement via a Joint Venture. Most commonly, we will have a developer with space and approach them with a provider who is looking to curb up front lease and capital expenses to gain a market advantage in product pricing. Typically, the developer would contribute the powered shell facility and the provider would finish interior build out. The two would then split revenues on sales moving forward.
